What types of properties do you stage?
We stage apartments, townhouses and holiday homes for the short-let and serviced accommodation market across Northern Ireland. If you are launching on Airbnb, Booking.com or Vrbo, we can make the space guest-ready.
Do I have to buy all the furniture?
Not necessarily. We offer both full purchase packages and staging-to-let arrangements. We will recommend the most commercially sensible approach for your property and budget.
How long does staging take?
First, we will help you choose your staging level and order all necessary furniture, soft furnishings, and accessories. As soon as delivery dates are confirmed, we will coordinate a clear timeline to match your launch schedule. The onsite staging then takes just 2 to 5 working days from the moment all components arrive depending on the size of your property.
Can staging be combined with your management service?
