Complete the form below with your details and the property owner's information. Please let them know you are referring them.

We reach out
We contact the owner for a no-obligation chat about their property, the local market and whether short-letting suits them.

They come on board
If they decide to go ahead and sign a management agreement with us, your referral qualifies and will be paid after 3 months of invoicing.

You get paid
We confirm the agreed reward in writing and pay it by bank transfer after the 3 months of invoicing to your referral. This payment will be paid in the 4th month.
