We are a short-let and Airbnb management company operating extensively across the UK and Ireland. Having actively invested in our own property portfolio since 2007, we built this company with a clear vision: to look after your property exactly the way we would want our own homes cared for.
We solve a simple problem—property owners want a consistent, high-yielding return on their investment without the headache of managing a short-term let themselves. From city flats and town houses to coastal cottages, we manage short-lets from coast to coast. Our core operations team runs centrally to ensure seamless guest communication and booking optimisation, while professional housekeeping and maintenance are handled on the ground by vetted local partners. How it started
Built for the landlords we kept meeting
I founded Your Next Investment Property after managing our own properties and finding that the people I had been chatting with were all looking for the same thing: a hands-off, professional, transparent management option in Northern Ireland and beyond.
So we built the service to fit their needs, with a range of services — no hidden fees, no lock-in contracts, and a team that genuinely treats every property as their own.
Investing in our own portfolio since 2007 taught us where short-lets quietly lose money: slow turnarounds, lazy pricing, listings that never get refreshed, and compliance treated as an afterthought. Those are the details we obsess over on behalf of the owners we work with.

Jennifer Coulter
Jennifer works behind the scenes looking after our Marketing and Social Media at Your Next Investment Property Ltd. Originally from Inverness, Jennifer spent formative years in Glasgow—where she met her husband, Stephen—before relocating to Northern Ireland.
Outside work, Jennifer loves to travel, frequently heading to warm climates around the globe to seek out fresh hospitality trends and inspiration.
